HOW TO USE

Photo overlays are fun and easy to use. They can be used in any graphic program that supports graphic layers. They are not compatible with Lightroom.

USING SKY OVERLAYS
Sky overlays use OPACITY to blend naturally on your photo. Tutorials to come soon!

USING LIGHT OVERLAYS
Light overlays use the SCREEN blend mode. This removes the black background, making it transparent for your photo. Other blend modes may be a good fit too such as OVERLAY and SOFT LIGHT.

USING ANIMAL OVERLAYS & MOST ALL OUR IMAGE OVERLAYS
These overlays all have transparent backgrounds and require little to no maintenance on photos. It is recommended to add shading, blur spots if necessary to match the tones and depth of your photo. See our videos listed on this page for a walk through of how to apply.
